What we collect

When you complete the application form on this site, we collect:

Your first and last name
Your business email address
Your phone number
A free-text description of your business
Your approximate monthly revenue and marketing spend ranges
Your intended start timeframe

We also record the marketing attribution attached to your visit, for example the UTM parameters and click identifiers (such as fbclid) in the page URL, along with the page address and the time you submitted.

To measure which marketing channels produce inquiries

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate parts of this funnel on our behalf:

GoHighLevel: our CRM and scheduling platform. It stores your application and hosts the booking calendar. Your name, email and phone are passed to the calendar to prefill it.
Our customer relationship management (CRM) platform: storing your application and managing follow-up.
Vimeo: hosting the videos embedded on these pages. Video playback is loaded with Vimeo's do-not-track flag enabled.

Recorded calls

All appointments are recorded for quality and training purposes. By booking and attending an appointment with Lighthouse For Others you consent to that recording. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.

Marketing communications

By submitting the form you consent to being contacted by email, phone and SMS at the details you provided, in connection with your inquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or emailing us directly.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
